How will you read a Hull ID Range?The Hull Identification Number (HIN) is usually a 12- or fourteen-character serial amount that uniquely identifies a boat. The HIN is analogous to the VIN on a car.
The initial three digits are the Producer’s Identification Code (ex. Boat brand name for instance Sea Ray, Meridian, etcetera.).
